Comfot rooms honor the legendary history of the property and combine modern amenites with the legendary 50’s style.

All of our comfort rooms are recently renovated with modern amenities and respect to the historic style. The rooms are equpped with 50″ LED televisions, WiFi, 10 – 180 cm beds depending on the rooms type and fridges.

Free parking, sauna, swimming pool and plentiful breakfast are always included in our room rates.

Due to the historic property, these rooms are unfortunately not suitable for whellchair access.

8 DECADES OF HISTORY

Hotel Hirvi was founded in 1938 by a local traffic operator Eelis Hirvi to headquarter his bus company. In addition, it provided accommodation services in one floor at the same time. During the year 1949 an additional wing was constructed to the building to host a movie theater. In the 80’s the building grew up by one floor and reached its current size. Despite several changes during the years, Hotel Hirvi remains a unique reference point in Äänekoski, packing plentiful amount of character.
